Discovering a new hotel is like exploring a whole new world. Whether that might be a modern sanctuary in vibrant New York, a mesmerizing place in Marrakech or just like in this case a unique home away from home in the heart of Vienna. While our production for this editorial we got to discover the world of Grand Ferdinand – a beautiful boutique hotel right at the historical Wiener Ringstrasse.

What makes this places so outstanding is the concept to mix traditional Viennese architecture with modern elements. The result is a perfect combination between contemporary design and timeless classics. It’s the heavenly smell of chocolate cakes and „Guglhupf“ when you enter the hotel that instantly won my heart. Plus the heated rooftop pool that will leave you breathless because of the stunning view over the city, the beautiful rooms with its modern bathrooms (white tiles ftw), super soft beds and marble nightstands. I could go on forever… So if you got the chance to visit my hometown (maybe for some christmas inspiration) you should definitely stop by at the Grand Ferdinand. At least for some chocolate cake…
