Spring finally has sprung and the city turned into a sun-soaked melting pot of magnolia trees, gelato-hungry citizens and… sneezing allergics. Being one of the lucky few that are not graced with an allergy I’m facing sartorial conflicts instead. April weather that is. With the winter wardrobe already gone (hibernating in the big trunk under the bed) and the summer wardrobe on hold (well, at least until our upcoming vacay) the in-between dressing can be quite challenging. But the answer to almost every wardrobe dilemma is: Layering. A Lightweight trench coat (still obsessed with this one) layered over not-too-heavy knits will navigate you through any unpredictable transitioning weather. Simply wear a cami top underneath and but your everyday boots on and you’re perfectly prepared for sunny weekend strolls.
