If I had to choose one piece of clothing for the rest of the season I’d definitely choose the bodysuit. It’s an unexpected love, I must admit, because the one piece and I had kinda rough start. When I was a kid I hated wearing bodysuits – they reminded me of these pale-pink suits we had to wear for Ballett Class (clearly too girly girl for yours truly) and the crotch button-closure literally drove me crazy. Simply too uncomfortable to pass the test.
But things (and textiles) have changed and discomfort obviously turned into comfort. The minimalistic bodysuit is your modern alternative to Camisoles and Tees and a real time saver. Plus it can be worn in so many different ways. Just grab a pair of Jeans or Palazzo pants, slip into your skin-tight body and you are SET.
I think I’ve worn this Outfit 3 times in a row now and I’m obsessed with the simplicity. Paired it with this silky Wide-leg Pants and my wonderful new Panama Straw. Easy breezy and perfect for a warm day in May.
