Back in the 90’s, when I was a cheeky kid, turtlenecks were my personal nightmares. I defined them as textile torture equipment trying to strangle me so I convinced my mom not to buy me one of these monsters. well almost. I had one black polo neck shirt for funerals but luckily there were less people dying in winter. I still have that shirt in my childhood museum (read trunk). Who knew that some years later it would be my own choice to buy another (knitted) turtleneck but time changes and we change, I guess. Sometimes a high-necked silhouette can give you the kind of shelter you need! Paired with these butter-soft trackpants (people on planet Insta already know them) there is no childhood horror left. Knitwear and leather is just an ultimate marriage I’m willing to support. Are you with me?
