The Minimal Makeup Kit I More on

When it comes to my Make-up I prefer (like with everything else) the Less is More Philosophy. I don’t need containers full of lipstick, concealer and blush powders – instead I stick to the absolute esentials that’ll make me feel beautiful and confident. Therefore my Makeup Kit contains all my favorite products that have been trusworthy beauty essentials for months and months. No matter if I’m at home or abroad.

As we are all searching for great make-up advice and the ultimate beauty helpers I thought I’d share my Minimal Makeup Kit. So here are my daily beauty basics:

GIORGIO ARMANI Make-up Prime SPF 50 // It all comes down to a great base and this Primer makes my skin feel like silk. It smells super fresh and my face feels perfectly prepared for the following make-up routine.

BOBBI BROWN Full Coverage Concealer // This concealer is the shit. It offers perfect coverage (especially for dark eye circles) and gives the skin a bit of a glow. Love it!

MAC Pro Longwear Concealer // Another great concealer is this one from Mac, which I’ve been using for over 5 years now. It has a medium coverage and blends in very nicely.

GIORGIO ARMANI Luminous Silk Foundation // I’ve been using this Armani foundation for quite some time now and I adore the silky cream texture. It has a medium coverage  and blends into the skin very nicely.

CLARINS Anti Cernes Concealer // If your Panda Eyes aren’t going anywhere you need to try this concealer stick from Clarins. Always in my bag…

The Minimal Makeup Kit & Beauty Essentials I More on

RODIAL Translucent HD Powder // Once the make-up is done I use a bit of translucent powder to keep everything in place. Been using this Rodial Powder for 2 years now and really love the translucent, slightly matting effect.

NARS Strobing Stick // I either use the Clarins Blush or this Creme Blush from Nars. It has a bit of a shimmer effect so it’s perfect for on-the-go, when you don’t have a highlighter at hand. Makes nice, decent, glowy cheeks.

CLARINS Blush Prodige Rouge // I have the Soft Peach Palette and love these subtle blush tones. An absolute staple in my make-up kit than I’ve already re-stocked over 3 times.

LA ROCHE POSAY Mascara // I’m a big fan of La Roche Posay products and this Mascara makes no exception. A rich black that seperates the lashes nicely and stays for hours and hours.

DIOR Highlighter // The latest addition to my makeup kit: this airy highlighting powder that illuminates your skin and gives it a nice glow. It’s super easy to apply (thanks to the mini kabuki brush that comes with the powder) and adds a pearly shimmer to your face.

ROSEBUD Lip Salve // My absolute, absolute favorite balm, which turned out to be a multi-functional beauty hero. I’m using it as a lip moisturizer, highlighter or mix it with my lipsticks and eyeshadows for a subtle shiny finish. Obsessed!

BOBBI BROWN Brow Shaper Gel // I like to use a little Brow Gel here and there. This clear gel has a nice texture and stays in place for a long time. Plus: the small size is perfect for travels.

LOV Brow Pen // The best Brow Pencil which also comes with an amazing price!

LA MER Foundation Brush // This synthetic Brush is so super smooth and applies the foundation very evenly. Definitely worth the investment.

CHANEL Eye Shadow Palette // Les 4 Ombres is my go-to for smokey eyes and always with me when I’m travelling. I’m mixing the 2 brown shades which creates a nice, minimal smokey eye and it looks super chic with nude lipstick and black mascara.

CHANEL Rouge Coco Daylight // Another favorite for any chic occassion is this barely there lipstick. Just dab it onto your lips or mix it with a bit of lip balm…

Q TIPS & COTTON PADS // No makeup kit without these little beauty helpers. I’m currently using the black Q Tips from Nomess Copenhagen – they’re definitely eye catching and look amazing in every bathroom.
