THE FALL REPORT: LIGHT LAYERING.
When it comes to cold-weather dressing I see a lot of question marks and how-to’s popping up in our minds. We all know how challenging it can be to dress warm without looking like a potato sack wrapped up in duvets. As I get so many requests of you guys to talk about layering and how to stay chic in Fall/Winter – I thought I’d start a mini-series focussing on these sartorial issues. So within the next weeks I’ll navigate you through light, medium & heavy layering and how to wear them the most fashionable way:

Starting today with light layering, since the weather here in Vienna almost feels like early spring. It’s a fact that climate change isn’t fake news (sorry Mr. President) and we all should be concerned but I must also admit that wearing nothing but a super soft turtleneck and a wool blazer in November can be pretty sweet…
STYLE TYPE: Light Layering
WHAT FOR: If the temperatures are around 10°c -15°c
HOW TO: Grab a T-shirt or a Long Sleeve and wear it with Turtlenecks, Hoodies or classic Crewneck Sweaters. Then wear a Wool Blazer, Denim or Corduroy Jacket on top. If you like it a notch warmer you could add a blanket scarf.
