MODERN WEDDING GUIDE: THE MINIMAL WEDDING HAIR
The last part of the Modern Wedding Guide (check out Part 1 & Part 2) is all about the right hair styling – a quintessential detail to any Bridal Style. You can have the most beautiful dress, the most precious accessories: without the right hair styling it’s just half of the look.
The most important thing as a Bride is to feel „100% You“. This state of mind will make you feel comfortable and confident and that’s all that counts on your Wedding Day! Hairdo’s make no exception… As you guys all know, I’m a proud John Frieda hairoine and brand lover – that’s why I had the absolute honor to work with Andreas Wild for my Wedding Hair. Andreas is the London- based Senior Hairstylist of John Frieda and a true hair magician, let me tell you.

As a passionate minimalist a flower bedazzled, glitzed-up Wedding hairstyle was definitely not an option so it had to be something festive yet simple (just like my wedding dress). After a consulting session back in April Andreas and I decided to go for 2 different Looks:
1. Sophisticated modern waves for the ceremony & reception
2. Sleek evening hairdo for the Dinner & Party
For both styles we’ve been using the following products, aiming to to keep the hair nourished and healthy throughout the day. The day before I’ve washed my hair with my favorite Shampoo (the John Frieda Brilliant Brunette Shampoo) which keeps my hair moisturized and shiny. On the Big Day Andreas added some Volume Mousse for extra grip and after a quick blow-dry he worked his way through my hair using the Ocean Waves Sea Salt Spray (smells like a coconut-infused ocean!!) for texture and the Luxurious Volume Hairspray to keep everything in place.

Together with my beautiful Wedding dress and the gorgeous Rhinestone Earcuff this modern hairstyle was just the perfect choice for my minimalistic aesthetic. So much love for these looks – I felt beautiful and carefree through and through. Thank you John Frieda & Andreas for making my day even more special!
